If the seller does not receive an acceptable contract to purchase, this parcel will be auctioned as scheduled on Thursday, December 18, 2014. All tracts will require a non-refundable down payment of 15% of the purchase price on the day of the sale with the balance due on or before March 16, 2015. The closing service fee and Owner’s title insurance fee will be paid equally by seller & buyer through First Dakota Title. The seller will be completing a 1031 Exchange with this land sale.
