Telkamp Housemoving, Inc has viewed & provided preliminary proposals on all homes. Proposals are available in each home or by contacting auctioneers. Buyer can use any house mover desired that is licensed by the city of Sioux Falls. Houses to be moved from site by August 15, 2018.

TERMS: $5,000 nonrefundable down payment date of auction (or full purchase price if less than $5,000). Balance due by May 31, 2018. SD sales tax of 6.5% is required to be charged on all purchases. Purchaser required to sign contract detailing all removal terms with LifeScape. No work to be completed on any property until full payment is received. Houses to be moved from site by August 15, 2018. Seller to remove all trees and cap water/sewer lines prior to house moving. Buyer responsible for all required city permits & moving expenses. All houses sold “AS IS”, including all appliances and mechanical components. Terms announced auction day supersede printed materials.
